Done in SAI with the use of WACOM Bamboo Fun Tablet; edited at Photoscape Ver3.5

Another Yuffie piece. Well, I don't know how to colour things up, do I? :XD: Siriusly , I dunno how to colour in SAI. :XD:

AND YES! THE IMAGE QUALITY IS EFFED UP. I saved it in BMP and PNG file but the quality is didn't change. D:
